Password RE-GENERATE (revolution-regeneration): a completely green finish, formulated with renewable raw materials, generated by innovative processes of refining waste from the coffee industry that are not compatible with human nutrition.

Molteni Vernici consciously chooses to apply WAKEUP on a rhinoceros: a tribute to an animal in danger of extinction and a concrete stance in favor of environmental protection.
The production process has also been designed to drastically cut CO2 emissions into the atmosphere which allows for a lighter impact on our planet.
A finish with a material texture, three-dimensional to the touch, suitable for covering indoor substrates in metal, plastic and wood, distinguished by the historic resistance and elegance signed by Molteni Vernici.
Thanks to the use of a new technology patented by the Research & Development Center, the treated surface is solid and completely isolated from hot or cold liquids.
Even with the realization of this project, Molteni Vernici proves to be capable of moving, once again conveying tradition and innovation.
The 2022 edition award ceremony took place on Monday 20th June at 5.30 pm at the ADI Design Museum in Piazza Compasso d'Oro 1 in Milan.
ADI Design Museum will also be the venue for the exhibition of all the products participating in the 2022 edition of the Award which will remain open to the public from 21 June to 11 September 2022.
The objects awarded with the Compasso d'Oro Award and with an Honorable Mention become part of the Compasso d'Oro ADI Collection by right.

The Compasso d'Oro Award, founded in Milan by a group of architects, designers and industrialists interested in the development of a modern culture and aesthetics of the industrial product, has represented since 1954 the greatest recognition that can be given worldwide to industrial design products.
In the XXVII edition, the excellences produced in 2020 and 2021 were awarded, assigning 20 Compassi d'Oro and 25 Honorable Mentions.
For years organized by the Rinascente department stores in order to highlight the value and quality of Italian design products, it was subsequently donated to ADI which has been organizing it since 1958, ensuring its impartiality and integrity.
The Compasso d'Oro Award is awarded every two years on the basis of a preselection made by the Permanent Design Observatory of ADI, made up of a commission of experts, designers, critics, historians, specialized journalists, members of ADI or external to all of them are continuously engaged in collecting information year after year and in evaluating and selecting the best products, which are then published in the ADI Design Index yearbooks.
The Ministry of Cultural Heritage - Regional Superintendence for Lombardy, with the Decree of 22 April 2004, declared the Historical Collection of the Compasso d'Oro ADI "of exceptional artistic and historical interest", consequently inserting it into the national heritage.
